MRS. ANN EDLIN DIED AT AGE NINETY
Pioneer resident passes away In Harrison Township
DEMISE DUE TO OLD AGE
Had been an Invalid for Several Years - Funeral Will be Held Friday Afternoon
Mrs. Ann Edlin, aged ninety years eight months and six days, died at 4 a. m. today at the residence of her daughter, Elizabeth Huffman, in Harrison Township. Her demise was due to old age and heart trouble. She had been an invalid for several years.
Mrs. Edlin was a native of Nicholas County, Ky., where she was born January 18, 1818. She moved to Putnam County, this state when a small girl, and came to this county in 1845.
The children surviving are: Elizabeth Huffman, of this county; Millie Tony, of Indianapolis; Eliza Joseph, of Lizton; Charity Walker, of Indianapolis; Charles, of Jamestown; Samuel H. of Indianapolis; and John of this county. She also is survived by one sister, Charity Miller, of Hendricks County.
Salem M. E. Church. The funeral will be conducted at the Methodist Protestant Church at Milledgeville at 2 p.m. Friday by the Revs. James Shirley and J. A. Rhodes. The interment will be at Milledgeville.
