Sacred to the memory of WILLIAM GORDON CUMINE SKENE of Pitlurg and Dyce who died at London the 14th January 1837 in the 53rd year of his age. With feelings of devoted attachment for her departed husband this monument is erected by his affectionate wife. Also ANNE his wife, youngest daughter of Alexander Brebner Esq., of Learney, who died in London in the 82d year of her age.
