Jeffrey P. Rodgers, 14, died Thursday, Aug. 12, 1999, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.

He died from head injuries a day after a car-bike collision.

He was born Oct. 10, 1984, in Peoria to Richard P. and Jan Ross Rodgers.

Surviving are his parents of Peoria; one brother, Jay; one sister, Kirsten Rodgers; his grandparents, Roy and Sue Ross.

He attended Hines School and Von Steuben Middle School.

Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
