He was born Dec. 22, 1928 in Johnsonburg, son of Lawrence L. and Vivian (Klase) Parks, both deceased.
He married Angeline “Angie” (DeChano), she survives.
He served in the U.S. Navy and worked at the Johnsonburg Paper Mill for 43 years. he lived all his life in Johnsonburg and Wilcox.
Besides his wife, Angeline “Angie” (DeChano) Parks of Wilcox, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ray (Sherry) Wantuck of Brockway; tow grandchildren, Rick Wantuck and Mrs. Sheridan (Erin) Williams; one brother, Calvin Parks of St. Marys; and one sister, Jeannine Schreiber of St. Marys.
He was predeceased by his parents; 3 brothers, Harold, Bruce and Dick Parks; and two sisters, Audrey Miller and Ruth Lewis.
