Sarah "Sally" Elizabeth Carr, age 82, died Friday, May 22, 2015, at her Peoria home.
Sally was born on Feb. 8, 1933, in Connersville, Ind., to Robert Nelson Hera and Mary W. Griffith. She married Merle E. Carr on Aug. 1, 2000.
Surviving are her husband, Merle; her son, Ted E. Stephens; two daughters, Vickie L. Richards and Lisa A. Stephens; four half sisters; five half brothers.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Cherie L. Johnston; and one half sister.
Sally worked as a secretary for both bank and insurance agencies.
Inurnment will be at Parkview Mausoleum in Peoria.
