Mays, Ronald T., age 70, of Middletown, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015. He was born May 19, 1945 in Middletown, OH to James and Reba (Egelston) Mays. Ron was a member of Grace Baptist Church and a member of the Middletown Senior Citizens Center Golden Notes Choir. Ron is survived by his wife Rosemary of 20 years; son Casey Mays and daughter Jessica Mays; son Robert (Kim) Saylor; grandchildren Aliya Mays and Madison and Kirsten Saylor; brother Donald Mays and sisters Leatrice Hayes, Theresa Chaney and Cheryl Mays. He was preceded in death by sisters Betty Wolf, Beatrice Crawford and Brenda Mays and brother JR Mays.The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Brown and Dr. Hurlburt of Middletown and Atrium Medical Center. They would also like to give special thanks and loving thoughts to Shelly Cramer. Without her love and devotion, Ron would not have gotten the chance to meet his grandchildren and she helped extend his life to find the grace of God. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 10:00 am at Grace Baptist Church, 3023 North Union Road Franklin, Ohio 45005. Interment to follow at Grace Memorial Gardens.
