Angelo Puliatti, 80, of Jefferson Street, Pulaski, formerly of East Syracuse, died Thursday. Born in Furci Siculo, Provincia Messina, Sicily, he was a 1941 graduate of East Syracuse High School and a 1948 graduate of New York Beauty School. He was a restaurateur in the Cicero and Pulaski areas for 29 years. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. His first wife, Jacquiline, died in 1968.
Survivors: His wife of 29 years, the Helen Gosch Irwin; a daughter, Kathy Irwin of Pulaski; seven sons, Rogers Puliatti of New York City, Joel Puliatti and Rene Puliatti, both of San Francisco, Calif., Ari Puliatti of Chesapeake, Va., Kerry Irwin and Kevin Irwin, both of Orwell, and Keith Irwin of Syracuse; a sister, Nina Cresce of East Syracuse; a brother, Carmen of East Syracuse; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild. Services: 8:30 a.m. Monday at Forani & Cline Funeral Home and 9 a.m. Monday in St. Matthew's Church. Burial, Assumption Cemetery.
