She was born May 20, 1926 in Murray to Otto James Hansen and Hazel H. Marsden.
Gladys married Lyle Alva Graham on July 25, 1944 and later sealed for eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on November 25, 1953.
She followed in her father's footsteps working and retiring from the U.S. Postal Service and then working for Sam's Club as a demo lady for fifteen years.
Gladys was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers.
She was a giving and caring soul with a sense of humor that she maintained to the very end.
She fiercely loved her family and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her children, Ellen (Pete) Stalliviere, Bonnie (Dean) Hill, LeIla (Lynn) Leamaster, and Sherry (Scott) Cardwell; brothers, LaVoy (Janice) Hansen and Vernon Hansen; sister-in-law, Leslie Hansen; thirteen grandchildren, and thirty-three great-grandchildren. Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister, one sister-in-law, one brother, and one brother-in-law.
The family would like to thank the Legacy House for their assistance and loving care.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street (100 East), Midvale. Viewings will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2015 and one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday.
Interment will be at Elysian Gardens.
