Ralph H. Parris, 33, of Spartanburg, died at General Hospital at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, August 28, 1958 following a long period of declining health.
Son of Alex Calvin Parris and Ruby Harrison Parris; and husband of Doris Cannon Parris.
Mr. Parris was a native of Spartanburg and had been a postal clerk for the past 15 years. He was was immediate past state president of the National Federation of U.S. Postal Clerks.
He was a member of Green Street Baptist Church and Spartan Masonic Lodge No. 70.
