Miss Mabel Hanson, aged seventeen years, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Erick Hanson of Alexandria township, died early this morning after an illness of several months. Miss Hanson's illness dates back to last April. In company with her sisters, she visited Hot Springs, Ark., this summer, remaining several weeks. The change of climate, however, did not give the expected relief and a short time ago she returned home. Since that time she gradually failed. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon, at one o'clock from the home and at three o'clock from the Swedish Lutheran church in this city. The bereaved family has the sympathy of a wide circle of friends.

After an illness of several months Mabel Hanson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Erick Hanson of Alexandria Town died early Thursday morning. During the summer she together with her sister was at Hot Springs, Arkansas, and received treatments there. There was however no relief. She was nearly 18 years old and would this year have completed her high school course here. She was taken ill last spring before the close of the year and was compelled to leave. She was a bright industrious student and had bright prospects.
The funeral was conducted Friday, Rev. Mattson and Rev. Ording officiating. The remains were placed at rest in Kinkead cemetery. All members of the family were at home. The sympathies of a host of friends is extended to the bereaved family.
