Mrs. Emma Hoffman died last evening at the age of 31 years, 11 months and 14 days, at her home, #698 Hanover Street. She was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. David Becker, Chester Co, who survive. Three children also survive: Emma, Charles & Milton. The following sisters & brothers survive: Mrs. Flood, Candac Becker, Rosa Becker, Chester Co; David Becker, Paul Becker of Parkerford; two step-sisters, Mrs. W Wyander & Annie Fortescue and step-brothers George Becker, Phoenixville, and Cornelius Becker, Reading.
Buried Today: A large number of relatives and friends attended the funeral of Mrs. Emma W. Hoffman, which was held this morning at ten o'clock. All the services were conducted in the chapel at Mt. Zion Cemetery by Rev, Irwin B. Kurtz, pastor of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. The interment was made in the cemetery adjoining. Pallbearers were Paul Becker, David Becker, Cournelius Becker, Frank Troutman, Frank Siegenfuse and Joseph Flood.
