Funeral services will be held for Billie Jo Pyeatt, 88, of Roswell at 2 pm Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in South Park Cemetery. Billie passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013.

Billie was born February 8, 1924 to Willis and Ida (Lafevers ) Shaw in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

She worked for 27 years and was retired civil service. She was a wonderful mother and raised her children to believe and know the Lord. She also loved reading books especially the bible and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Tommy Pyeatt and his wife, Joanie of AZ; Steven Pyeatt and his wife, Barbara of AZ; Mildred Parker and her husband, Kenneth of AR; Gwen Berg and her husband, Garland of Roswell; Eddie Pyeatt of TX, Renee Medrano and husband Bobby of Roswell; 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Ida Shaw, her husband, Thomas Floyd Pyeatt, her daughter, Leah Dalton, her grandson, Allen Sieg, three sisters and one brother.

Pallbearers will be Eric Graves, Brandon Berg, Cory Grant, Troy Berg, Zack Martinez and TJ Pyeatt, Sebastian Ross.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Pyeatt, Steven Pyeatt, Eddie Pyeatt, Garland Berg and Kenneth Parker.
