Walter Allen, 63, of Hodgenville, died at Louisville, January 6th, after an extended illness. He is survived by his wife, Annie Marie Allen, and eight sons: Charles, Bobby, Walter Lee, Tommyh, Jimmy, James and Mark, of Hodgenville, and Herb of Louisville. Also, two daughters, betty Jean and Patsy Ann, Hodgenville; two brothers, Clarence of Hodgenville and Earl Allen, louisville; one sister, Mrs. Casey Brewer, of Louisville. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Otter Creek cemetery.
