Laura Kathleen Lawrence, 64 years old, passed away at home in Indianapolis on March 27, 2015 after a long struggle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Kathy was predeceased by her parents, Alberta and Frederick Bartholomew, two brothers, Norman Alan and David Philip Bartholomew, and granddaughter, Lynsey Kathleen Painter. She is survived by her husband, Willard Estel Lawrence, daughter, Jodi Cheryl Lawrence, son, Andrew Willard Lawrence, brother, Jack Fredric Bartholomew, and sister, Cheryl (Sheri) Neff. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Christopher Logan Jones, Olivia Renee Lawrence, and Charlotte Elizabeth Louise Lawrence, and one great grandchild, Leah Gwen Jones.
Kathy and Willard (Bud) were married July 6, 1968 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Bud joined the Army in 1974 which sent them to live in Kentucky, Germany, and New Jersey. Kathy loved to travel and was most happy in Germany! Once Bud left the service in December 1980 they moved back to Indianapolis where worked and retired.
The family will have "A Celebration of Life" which is, at this date, unscheduled.
