RICHARDSON, Sr., Vernon age 71 of Hamilton passed away Wednesday January 2, 2013 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born November 1, 1941 in Hamilton the son of Stanley and Lucy (Seals) Richardson. On March 13, 1959 he married Irene Van Meter and was happily married for 53 years. Mr. Richardson was a member of the Church of God of the Union Assembly and served as a deacon since 1967. He is survived by his beloved wife Irene Richardson; was the devoted father of Verna (Gary) Jackson, Vernon, Jr. (Amber) Richardson, LeJandie (Kenneth) Estes, and the late Anthony P. Richardson and Cheryl Bell. Mr. Richardson is also survived by his son in law Marty Bell, eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday January 4th from 5:00PM-8:00PM at THE WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 3080 Homeward Way at Rt. 4, Fairfield. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday January 5th at 10:00AM at the funeral home with Rev. Steve Crider and Rev. Oley Wilson officiating.
