Wilson, Heath Andrew, 28, of Austin, Texas, passed away on March 29, 2015 in Augusta, Kansas. He was born in Wichita, Kansas on October 30, 1986 and moved to Austin in 2005, graduating from McNeil High School. Heath truly loved life in Austin…warm weather, live music, UT football, the lake, holiday fireworks, and each November’s Formula 1 race. He was an avid sports car enthusiast and an animal lover. He was fortunate to have gone on the trip of a lifetime to Alaska with his Grandma Wilson. What he will be most remembered for is his gentle soul, caregiving nature, and deep love and loyalty to friends and family. He is preceded in death by his father, Ricky Wilson; uncle, Jimmy Wilson; grandfathers, Roy Wilson and Dr. Henry J. Biermann. He is survived by his mother, Bernadette Biermann; grandmothers, Patricia Biermann and Virginia Wilson; aunts, Patrice Biermann and Stephanie Ruedy; uncles, Mark, Thomas, and Gregory Biermann; cousins, Joshua Wilson, Jessica and David Kelley, and Baron Biermann. Wichita services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 10, 2015 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, followed by an Austin memorial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Austin at 4216 S. Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78745. Downing & Lahey East Mortuary.
