He started working at Food Center in Rexburg in 1978. He worked there for many years and then when they closed he worked at Albertsons until April 2015.
He married Tawni Liebert Bagley on June 1, 1991, and to that union came one son Dalen, who joined big brother Jake and 2 older sisters Jonette and Anna Marie.
Danny always looked forward and enjoyed the phone calls from his family and friends.
Danny & Tawni were very passionate about fishing and spending time on the boat. They worked hard on the farm raising cattle and hay.
Danny & Tawni had a well established meat cutting business and were very well known around the Valley. They were very popular, especially around hunting season when they would spend countless hours and months out on the home place cutting and processing game. They knew all the favorite fishing holes from Idaho to Canada and Tawni always caught the big one.
Danny is survived by his wife Tawni of 24 years; children, Jake, Jonette (Bart) Gutke, Anna and Dalen; mother, Trixie Beard; brothers, Gary (Jeannette) Beard, Steve Beard ,Doug (Regina) Beard, Joe (Angie) Beard and a sister, Sally Heinz.
Danny was preceded in death by his father Lyle Beard, brother-in-law, Randall Heinz, nephews Jacob & Ernie Beard, mother and father-in-law Ralph and Wendy Liebert.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 25th at the Cache Clawson Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made at Wells Fargo for the Danny Beard Memorial.
