This census is only 6 pages long and Robert is not living here and no other Brownlee in Potter Co, PA. There is a single 56yo Robert of correct age and birthplace in the twsp of Malone, NY.
1870 same town, Robert remarried to Catherine Young lives next door to his son, John. No other Brownlee in Potter Co, PA. Robert Young, 47, lives next to them, son of Catherine? (he will die 1876, buried in same cemetery as Robert and Catherine). No other Brownlee nor Youngs in this town.
