Jo Perry Alford, 77, of Scotts Hill passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter.
She was born in Wake County on September 25, 1937 to the late Allen and Mamie Perry. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge Brooks Alford; sisters, Ola Mitchell, Innie LeGwin; brothers, Albert Haywood "Sam" Perry and Derwood Perry; as well as her beloved pet Charlie. Jo is survived by her two daughters, Talmsi Schultz (Bobby) and Kim Andrews (Ricky); grandchildren, Rob Schultz (Dabney), Taylor Jones (Camille) and Hunter Jones; great grandchildren, Douglas Daniels, Madison Daniels, Alainah Jones, Bailey Schultz; sisters, Peggy Underhill, Jean Gay and brother Glen Perry.
Funeral services will be held at 10am, Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Andrews Mortuary Hampstead Chapel.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00pm Wednesday, in Zebulon Town Cemetery, Zebulon, NC.
