Blessing was born October 1, 1908, in Johnson County, to the late Thomas and Nannie Mollette Childers. She was retired.
Surviving are one son, Douglas Blessing of Marion; and one daughter, Willa Mae Wolf of Marion.
Funeral services were held Monday at Concord United Baptist Church, with Elder Charles Price officiating.
Burial followed in Blessing Family Cemetery at Thelma, with Jones-Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
