In her father's will proven in 1842,it is stated that money be set aside so that "my daughter Judath be educated to read and write" along with the other children. She died between 1870 and 1880 as Adam is listed with his children, only, in 1870 and 1880 lists himself as widower.Judath's mother, Mary Councill Callaway, is living with them in 1860. She died in 1864.
