Born Laura Alice (Canterbury) She was the daughter of Virginia(Webb) & James Canterbury. She married Duffy Miller on February 25 1903.They had 9 children,Dell Miller, James Alfred Miller,Roscoe Miller & the girls were Nanny Deck,Vada Canaday,Daphine Cole,Tressie Howerton,Ammie Gunnoe and Effie Miller. She only had one other sibling,a brother, Lewis Hubert Canterbury.
