Elmer had went into the army in World War 1 on July 21-1918, Service File # 395 2537 / Headquarter Master Company 361, World War 1 draft application says he was a farmer & working for R.S. Scott at Cozad. Elmer had been married twice..1st. wife Faye Shipley & had 4 children from this marriage / 2nd. wife Frieda P. Daub & had 8 children. Elmer had only been in St.Louis,Mo. for about 4 1/2 months when he met Frieda on April 20-1931 in Dr.Leslie's office in Kirkwood,Mo. when he had got a cinder in his eye. They were married on May 13-1931. Elmer worked as a gravel truck driver.Elmer & Frieda's children are:(oldest to youngest) 1.Raymond 2.Elmer Jr. 3.Neil 4.Frieda 5.Dorothy 6.Glenn 7.Mary 8.Linda & Elmer's parents are: Miles Lewis & Mary Arabelle Acheson
