ALICE WALLACH “ALLIE” SCHOEPF CARR: In 1910 at age 39 Allie married 40-year-old widower William A. Carr, the son of Arthur and Mary Hardesty Carr of Hyattsville, Maryland. William’s census-listed occupation was then “Clerk, RR Mail Service;” however, he may also have been a real estate agent, like his father.

Allie died when only 50 years of age and just a few months after the death of her stepdaughter young Annette. William reportedly married again and lived the rest of his life in D.C.
