During the war she was deported on 18 October 1941 to Lodz, Poland. While in the Lodz Ghetto they lived at Blecherweg 16 flat 6.
She died in the ghetto from tuberculosis on 28 December 1942. She was 46-years-old. She died on her daughters 14th Birthday.
