Thomas graduated from Oak Grove High School in 2004. He served for two years as sere instructor with the United States Air Force. He enjoyed mission work and worked in missions in Mexico.
Survivors include his parents, Thomas Calvin McIntosh and Kathy Harris McIntosh of Pioneer, Louisiana and his sister, Virginia Ann McIntosh of Shreveport, Louisiana.
