She was born May 25, 1911, in Kingsbury, IN, to Fred and Bertha (Pitzer) Bluhm.
Edna retired from Austenal (Howmet) in LaPorte as a wax assembler after 13 years of service. She had previously worked at T.P. Laboratory in Westville, IN, and was also the former owner of Blair Royal Blue Grocery and Meat.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in LaPorte, St. Peter Rosary Society, Our Lady of Snows Circle and the church’s funeral choir. She was also a former Eagles, Moose and Lionettes member.
On Nov. 19, 1935, in Michigan City, IN, she married Stanley Blair, who preceded her in death on July 17, 2000.
Edna was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Terry Blair; one sister and one brother.
Surviving are her daughter, Sherry Clark of Symsonia, KY; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Judy Blair of Dayton, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
