Mrs. Blanche E. Cook, 64, of 1920 S. 18th St., died at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John's Hospital.
She was born April 10, 1911 in Breese, the daughter of Noah and Clara Fox Hickman.
She married James H. Cook, who preceded her in death June 24, 1949.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Alfred (Elsie) Cadwell of Springfield; four grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Edith Brown of Washington, D.C.; two brothers, Edward Hickman of Rockville, Md. and Elmer Hickman of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Staab Funeral Home, Rev. David Johnson officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
