Pauline V. Burr, 86, Lecanto, Florida, died Monday, March 23, 2015, under the care of Hospice of Citrus County. She was born Nov. 4, 1928, in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, to Pasquale and Esther Ferbert. She moved to this area 43 years ago with her husband and family. Mrs. Burr enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, Bingo and spending time with her family. She spent many years selling books at Howard's Flea Market.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James L. Burr Sr. She is survived by one son, James L. Burr Jr. and wife Gloria, of Lecanto; two daughters, Judith Roderick and husband Roy Sr., of Lecanto and Jennie Junior of East Bridgewater, Massachusetts; two sisters, Geri White and Esther Smith, of Massachusetts; eight grandchildren, Roy Roderick Jr., Jay Junior, Jason Junior, Jennifer Diederich, Heather Junior, James Roderick, Brandi MacCurdy and James L. Burr III.; and eight great-grandchildren.
