She owned and operated her own beauty parlor in New York state for 41 years, was a Sunday School teacher at Johnson City First Baptist Church, and was a member of Spiritual Streams Church in Cassville.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Paul Jones.
She is survived by four daughters: Gwen Howlett, Cassville; Arlene Williams, Cassville; Shirley Kneipp, Prescott, Arizona; and Christine Cook (Jones), Cassville; ten grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
