Mrs. Gordon was retired from King Auto Parts.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Larry Arney of Callahan, Fla.; a brother, Roy Jerome "Bill" Rumley of Lexington; three grandchildren; seven great-grand-children; a great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Gordon was preceded in death by three sisters, Edna Rumley Doty, Bernice Rumley Keefer and Patty Carolyn Cameron; and three brothers, Lewis A. Rumley, Reeves A. Rumley and Ralph F. Rumley.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, at Cox-Needham Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Yates Wilkinson. The family will receive friends before the services from noon to 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Pinnacle United Methodist Church Cemetery.
