Luther Atterson, 69 years old, of 235 McCallister Lane, died Thursday at St. Anthony Hospital. Surviving are the widow, Gertrude; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Pine of Terre Haute and Mrs. Ether King of Baldwin Park, Calif; one son, George of Lake Elfred; one half brother, Joney Earls of Terre Haute; three half sisters, Mrs. Dovie Matherly of R.R. 3 West Terre Haute; Mrs. Sarah Puller of R.R. 2, West Terre Haute, and Mrs. Nervia Pine of Tecumseh, Ind; seven grandchildren and sever great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the Bedino Chapel of the Valley at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon. Rev William Ketner will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Friends may call after 6 o'clock Saturday evening.
