MACON - Era "Faye" Flanders Crews, passed away August 5, 2004 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 3P.M. Sunday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. -Mrs. Crews was born in Bibb County to Rufus Chester and Doris Lavern Etheridge Flanders. Mrs. Crews was employed at Wal-Mart and was a member of Grace and Truth Baptist Church. -She is survived by her husband Lamar Crews of Macon. Two children; Pamela Thompson of Macon, and Tommy Crews (Michelle) of Macon. Two sisters, Patsy Laverne Flanders of Fort Valley, and Connie Hood of Eatonton, GA; two brothers, Lynwood Flanders (Diane) of Warner Robins, and Gary Flanders of Macon, GA. two grandchildren, Chase Thompson and Josh Thompson both of Macon. -The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M. Saturday evening at the funeral home. -Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
