Michael Douglas Sage, 53, Overland Park, KS, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015. Visitation will begin with the Rosary at 6 p.m. and continue until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 8812 E. Gregory Blvd., Raytown, MO 64133. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, at Salem Lutheran Church, 9135 Haskins, Lenexa, KS 66215. Burial will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, MO. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project (www.woundedwarriorproject.org). Mike was born June 10, 1961, in Kansas City, MO. He had the biggest heart and was a friend to all with his beautiful smile and warm hug. Mike is survived by his wife, Robin; children, Zachery Sage, Matthew Weibel, Carole Landers, Anthony Fischer; parents, Daniel and JoAnne Sage; siblings, Philip Sage, Stephen Sage, Micki Harper, Daniel Sage Jr.; grandchildren, Ari and Zoe Weibel; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
