Drury, Jr.'s parents had both been previously married, and Drury, Jr. had several half-siblings including Mary Jane Wall Farley, Joseph Wall, Henry W. Wall, William Madison "Matt" Wall, Joel Wall, Rebecca J. Davis, Enoch H. Davis, and Elmira M. Davis King. Two other "possible" half-siblings included William A. Davis and John H. Davis.
On 15 Sep 1859, Drury, Jr. married Mary Ann Ratliff, daughter of Jeremiah Ratliff and Annie Powell. Drury, Jr. and Mary had the following children:
1. Louis William Wall (4 Feb 1861 - 5 Sep 1946), married Tamar Storey.
2. Mary Jane Wall (25 Nov 1862 - 4 Jul 1926), married Elisha Randolph Laurence, Sr.
During the Civil War, Drury, Jr. served as a private in Company F, 48th Regiment, Alabama Infantry. He was killed at Williamsburg during the war. After Drury, Jr.'s death, his wife married Elisha Randolph Laurence, Sr. and converted to the Mormon religion. Mary and Elisha moved to California, and had following children: (1) Nancy Abby Laurence, (2) Sarah Anne Laurence, (3) Caroline Laurence, and (4) Perlina Laurence. When Mary died, her daughter, Mary Jane Wall, then married her mother's husband who had been her step-father and they had several children.
