Mrs. David Dies at 42; Rites Today
JOHNSTOWN — Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret E. David, 42, of 401 1/2 W. Clinton St., who died Friday at Johnstown Hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Cole Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in Ferndale Cemetery.
Mrs. David was born Aug. 6, 1929, at Fort Plain and moved to Fulton County shortly after her marriage with Joseph David, who survives, in 1950.
Other survivors are three daughters, Linda, Deborah and Bertha David, all at home; nine sons, Joseph, William, Everett, Richard, Carl, Charles, Paul and Victor David, all at home, and Navy Machinist Mate 4-C Stewart E. David, stationed in Naples, Italy; five sisters, Mrs. Lawrence Barney of St. Johnsville, Mrs. Richard Harrington, Mrs. Edward Zeidner and Miss Marian Dingman, all of Fort Plain, and Mrs. Orville Harrington of Wells; a brother, Edward Dingman of Fort Pain; a grandchild, an aunt, several nieces and nephews.
