Stella M. Warren, 82, of South Sixth Avenue died suddenly at 4:05 p.m. Saturday in the emergency room of Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born July 7, 1928, in Butler, she was the last surviving family member of the late Joseph J. and Mary (Chuba) Kuciak.
She retired in 1991 from the Butler School District food service department.
Stella is survived by a son; two daughters; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Jack C. Warren Sr. who died Nov. 20, 2007; six brothers; and two sisters.
WARREN - Private visitation and services for Stella M. Warren, who died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, were held at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home Inc., Butler. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Pennsylvania, 1100 Liberty Ave., Suite 201, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
