Jasper Samuel Clark was born on November 11, 1951 in Bronx, New York to Bernice and Thomas Clark. He was the third of six children born to this union.
Jasper graduated from the Cleveland Public School System in 1970. He entered the United States Air Force in 1973 and was honorably discharged in 1975.
For many years, Jasper worked as a carpenter. He also worked as a math tutor in the school system.
Jasper married Patricia Clark and to that union were born two children - daughter, Shauntell, and son, Jasper.
On Saturday, August 6, 2005, Jasper departed this life. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, an older brother - Thomas Clark, Jr. ("Brother"), and a younger sister, Lisa Cheryl Clark.
Those left to mourn and cherish his memories include children, Shauntell Clark of Cleveland, OH, Jasper Clark of Cleveland, OH, Simethia Clark of Cleveland, OH and Samantha (Andre) O'Neal of Euclid, OH; two sisters, Jacqueline (Gregory) Murray and Elaine Scales, both of Cleveland, OH; one younger brother, Andrew (Paula) Clark of Washington; eight grandchildren; a longtime friend and companion, Dorothy Purefoy; and a host of other relatives and friends.
