Antoine's parents are unknown and unproven. He was born in about 1609 in France, per Stephen A. White. He married Antoinette Landry in about 1642, in Port-Royal, Acadie. They are the parents of the following (verified with the Acadian Project):

1) Francois (1643-) md Marguerite Boudreau

2) Marie (1645-1677) md Vincent Brault

3) Jean (1647-1703) md Marguerite Martin

4) Bernard (1648-) md Francoise Brun

5) Martin (1650-) md Marie Potet

6) Jeanne (1653-) md Jean-Antoine Belliveau

7) Renee (1655-1689) md Charles Boudreau

8) Huguette (1657-) md Sebastian Brun

9) Jeanne (1659-) md Pierre Comeau

10) Abraham (1662-) md Marie-Sebastienne

11) Marguerite (1667-1727) md Louis Allain

It's believed that he was from the Martaizé area in France, but that hasn't been proven. Please note that Stephen A White places his death as between 5 October 1687 and 1693. He was alive on the 1686 census but Antoinette is listed as a widow on the 1693 census.

Antoine and Antoinette are the grandparents of Joseph Theriault and Euphrosine Terriot, through their daughter Marie.

According to Stephen A. White, he died 5 October 1687, in Port-Royal. I'm not sure where his information is from, but his work is well known. He at least died there prior to the 1693 census when Antoinette is listed as a widow and living with their son Abraham and his framily. The Acadians Project lists his death simply as between 5 October 1687 and 1693.
