Madonna was born on March 14, 1927, the daughter of the late Martha and Howard Warner.
She was the widow of James L. Cregar.
Madonna is survived by a daughter, Susan Lohman, of Rushville, IN; two sons James H. Cregar, of Destin Fl; and Michael L. Cregar, of Dwight, IL; a brother, Rubert Warner, of Gowdy, IN. a sister Sharlene Crimm, Rushvile and Several Nieces and Nephews
She was a Milroy High School graduate and worked 42 years in the upholster business.
