He was married to Marie Katherine Schneider, November 24, 1888. To this union there were 12 children born. One son passed away in infancy. He brought his family to this country in 1900, living for a short time in Lincoln, McCook, Greeley, Colorado and finally makes Culbertson his home. His long illness was caused by the flu and for a year he was bedfast, but he improved so much in health that the past two months he was able to be up and around. He was so well he called on his aged mother and his married children.
He is survived by his wife, eight sons, three daughters, seven grandchildren, all of Culbertson, his aged mother, who is making her home with his only sister, Mrs. Peter Scheidt east of Culbertson, three brothers, August Sinner and two brothers in the old country, and a host of admiring neighbors and friends.
CARD OF THANKS: We wish in this way to express our thanks to the many friends for their acts of kindness and words of sympathy shown us during the long illness and death of our beloved husband and father and for the beautiful flowers. ~Mrs. M. Sinner and family; ~Mr. and Mrs. E. Sinner; ~Mr. and Mrs. Henry Sinner and family; ~Mr. and Mrs. Adam Sinner and family; ~Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sinner and family; ~Mr. and Mrs. Peter Kindsvater
