Nan was the daughter of James Fullerton and Ann Dale Clark.  She married Charles Lewis Harrah on 14 Mar 1878. Mother of 4 children (James Clinton, Edna, George Dale, Mary Edith). Author of the "Genealogy of the Fullerton's and Sharp's 1746-1901".

After her husband's death in 1917, she moved in with her niece, Alice Leslie Smith and family. She died of pneumonia after an illness of 3 weeks. Her funeral was held in her niece's house where a male quartet sang special music. Her pall bearers were sons Dale and James, nephews Willis and Harvey Fullerton and Charles Leslie, and the husband of her niece Alice (Samuel Smith).
