OBITUARY OF EDITH A. DANIELS

MOUNT PLEASANT -- Edith Arvina Monsen DANIELS, 70, died February 20, 1983 at the home of a daughter in Provo.

She was born July 06, 1912 in Mount Pleasant, Utah, a daughter of Berry Gibbs and Edith Elnora Monson MONSEN. She married John Coleman PRITCHETT; they were divorced in 1928. She married Aaron ALLRED, they were divorced in 1935.
She married Isaac C. DANIELS February 28, 1945 in Manti; he died September 24, 1982.

She was a member of the L.D.S. Church, served as a visiting teacher and sang in the Ward Choir.

Surviveors include four daughters and one son: Mrs. Herald (Norma) VANCE, Milburn; Mrs. David (Mary Lou) SORENSEN, White Bear Lake, Minnesota; Mrs. Earl (Frances) SORENSEN, Chester; Mrs. Jeannine MOWER, Provo; Gary ALLRED of Springville; seventeen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; two brothers, Berry Gibbs MONSEN, Jr., Harrisville, Utah; Boyd B. MONSEN, Layton. She was preceded in death by a sister, Beatrice.

Funeral Services will be Thursday 1:00 p.m. today (Thursday) in the Mount Pleasant Second Ward Chapel. Burial will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
