Mrs. Charles Meisner
Funeral at Elkader

Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Meisner, 58, who died at the home in Elkader Thursday afternoon after a lingering illness, will be held this morning in St. John’s Church at that place at 10 o’clock, Rev. James Taken to officiate. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery.

The pallbearers will be Al Cook, Frank Uriell, Joseph Cassutt, D. D. Murphy, Frank Sullivan and John Ehrhardt.

Mrs. Meisner, who was well known in this city, was born in Boston and moved on a farm near Elkader with her parents when a child of three years. Six years ago she moved to Elkader.

She is survived by her husband, a daughter, Mary Jane, a sister, Mrs. George Rottmeyer, and a brother, John McGee, all of Elkader.
