Mrs. Dando was born in Frostburg, Md. and was a member of Goss Memorial Church for more than half a century.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Janet Dando of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Jeffrey Dando and LaDean Barksdale, both of Maryland, and three great-grandchildren.
