Dennis De Coite (1944 - 2014)

Dennis De Coite, of Maricopa, Arizona, passed away on Monday, Dec. 15, 2014, surrounded by his family. Dennis was born Dec. 12, 1944, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He loved his family, wood working, baseball, Nascar and being of service to others. He was a Vietnam veteran who served in the U.S. Air Force 31st Civil Engineering Squadron.

During his over 50-year career in water and waste water treatment, he dedicated himself to keeping our lakes, rivers and drinking water clean.

Dennis is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Joann Drown De Coite of Maricopa; daughter, Deanne and Mark Levesque of Bloomfield; son, Jeffrey De Coite of North Hollywood, Calif.; grandchildren, Marc, Angie, Zach and Cody Levesque; and great-grandson, Zane Levesque; sister, Patricia (Jim) Duncan; brother, Edward (Helga) De Coite, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Baldwin City, Kanas, and San Francisco, California. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
