Lee V. Fowler, 86, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 1997, at Bel-Wood Nursing Home.
Born Jan. 2, 1911, in Low Gap, Ark., to Riley and Media Carlton Waters, she married Francis M. "Frank" Fowler on Oct. 11, 1929, in Parthenon, Ark. He died Nov. 1, 1976, in Peoria. One daughter, Anna Jean Horn, two sisters and four brothers also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Vernon (Mary) Woods; four sons, Jesse C., Bill L., Bob F., and Homer G.; and one sister, Velma Robinson.
Graveside services will be at Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
