Mrs. Snowden, the daughter of the late James Luke Foster and Edna Lowery Foster, was born in Madison County on August 7, 1941. She retired from Tokio Manufacturing Corporation in Berea. She loved bird watching and tending her flowers gardens. She especially loved her grandchildren.
She is also survived by: two sons: Rondal (& Regina) Ward of Danville and Dean (& Trudy) Snowden of London; her daughter: Kimberly (& Beau) Conner of Richmond; her brother: Bill (& Carol) Foster); three sisters: Carolyn Ward, Bonita Daniels and Rose Mullins; four grandchildren: Austin Conner, Trey Ward, Joseph Conner and Jakob Conner and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Snowden was also preceded in death by her brother: Jeff Edward Foster and her sister: Betty Ridnour
