Mr. Robert Edwin Call, age 74 of North Wilkesboro, passed away today at his home.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday March 8th, 2015 in Reins-Sturdivant Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Call was born in Wilkes County on August 5, 1940 to Robert Andrew and Ethel Mae Mahaffey Call. He was Self-Employed as a Farmer. Mr. Call was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in North Wilkesboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife: Betty Carol Barker Call of the home, one daughter; Karen Call Luffman of North Wilkesboro, three sons; Edwin Canyon Call and wife Debbie, Ransom Farley Call and wife Amanda, Stuart Dwayne Call and wife Angie all of North Wilkesboro, six grandchildren; Robert Luffman, Jeannette Hill, Stuart Dwayne Call, II, Saleena Call, Brooke Call and Ridge Graham, three great grandchildren; Patrick Hill, Alura Hill and Matthew Hill.
