Mr. Adams served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1962.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Debra L. Hockensmith and Lora L. Trish, both of Abbottstown and Sherri L. Simerly of New Oxford; two sons, Robert L. Storm, Jr. of Hanover and Steven L. Storm of New Oxford; a stepdaughter, Teresa A. Mejia of Gettysburg; two stepsons, Gary L. Moats, Jr. of Keymar, Md. and William G. Moats of Gettysburg; 11 grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three sisters, Frannie Sanders of McSherrystown, Gladys Smith of Hanover and Betty Krumrine of McSherrystown; and a brother, Joseph Storm of McSherrystown.
